• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items (e.g., personal care products) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check product listings for return eligibility.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
